Do not take advantage of each other but fear your God, I am the Lord your God.
Leviticus 25:17
When we use fear as a weapon for ourselves against others, we put ourselves in bondage to that very fear. When we think we can take advantage of one another, the result is that we fall into the same snare that we laid for them. Another way of avoiding fear is to resolve, with the help of the Holy Spirit, to live a life of kindness, gentleness and consideration.
It is a spiritual principle that whatever we give away to others will come back to us. When we imitate God, we invite His presence. In His presence there is no fear.
It is not just a matter of using scripture to fight fear but more importantly we must also learn to live out the Bible with the help of Almighty God in our daily lives.
