You have made known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence. Psalm 16:11

God gives us faith that helps us to know the path of life. His principles, which are found in the Word of God give us life and happiness. He is the light of the world and illumines the path of security in life. The enemy of darkness, who leads us down the path of confusion and chaos, gives us fear. This leads us to sin and death. Fear fills us with empty dreams and unfulfilled promises.

When was the last time that fear led you into joy? Probably never. But God says in His Word that His presence will fill us with joy. That is because He is the Creator and centerpiece of our every desire. Nobody can satisfy us like the Lord our God. The joy of the Lord meets our needs as no one else can. When we shun the lies of fear, we can experience the joy of the presence of the Lord in new and exciting ways.
