May the Lord answer you when you are in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect you. Psalm 20:1

Who is alive and not in great distress at some time during their lifetime? This is a great verse for us. Fortunately, our loving Daddy God never tires of our cries for help as we continually ask Him to rescue and protect us. He knows that we are weak and frail human beings who constantly need His protection and care.

Although friends and family may fail us, the Lord will not. It may take some time to reveal how His plan will work. His answers are perfect and uniquely designed for us. It is difficult for our finite minds to understand His magnificent plans for us that stretch into eternity. It is actually the Father’s joy to protect us because we are His beloved children.
