The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him and delivers them.
Psalm 34:7

How often have we looked for an answer and found absolutely nothing? There was no insurance policy, no options, no resources. Fear makes us feel this way. It grips us like a vice and lies to us, telling us we are trapped forever in its clutches.

Our wise and all-knowing God sends a messenger, called an angel, to surround him in order to deliver him completely. Encamp also means to pitch a tent with, incline or be in the midst of. How comforting would it be that we absolutely knew that God is with us all the time?

God makes His home in our heart if we ask Him to forgive us of our sins and take control of our life. Our life would become like His camp and He would choose to defend us against our enemies. His presence is much more powerful than any nuclear weapon or any future weapon. Weapons are only the solution of man, but God’s solution is His presence. His presence creates solutions and dispels fear of all types.
