God sends from heaven and saves me, rebuking those who hotly pursue me; God sends His love and His faithfulness. Psalm 57:3

Would you like to get a package from heaven? What do you think should be in it? If God has His way, His package would contain love and faithfulness. Men have their own schemes and agendas. They have their self-centered plans and purposes.

God’s plans for you are full of love and faithfulness. Our enemies pursue us because they think that controlling or owning us or our possessions would bring them happiness. God doesn’t fake happiness, instead He gives it to all those who follow Him faithfully with all their heart.

Our Father God knows that what would bring us long term contentment and satisfaction is to know and do His purposes and His plans. God’s plans will also be the best for those around us, i.e., families and friends, etc. God pursues us faithfully. He uses the different seasons in our life to prepare us for more blessings and favor. Those who do not pursue godly goals will be rebuked and disciplined with failure and sorrow. Those who trust in the Lord will learn about the joy of salvation. What course would you choose to follow?
