April 11th

Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens. Psalm 68:19

As we shuffle, scuffle and stagger down the road of life, we so long for someone to help bear our burdens. We seek and search for the answer and yet there is no person that can consistently help us. Our God knew that we would face this situation when we were confronted with our frail and fear ridden humanity. God does better than just send a person to help us; He promises to bear our burdens daily like no other person could.

Our help comes from our Savior, who made us and the world. God knew every problem and had a solution for each one before it happened. Isn’t it glorious to have an all-powerful Savior who cares about the smallest detail of our lives; who even knows the number of hairs on our head? He anticipates our needs before they occur. Provision for our needs is made if we surrender to God by giving a sacrifice of praise. God knows how hard it is to praise Him when our circumstances seem to not merit it. When we trust our all-knowing and powerful Savior, we unlock our answers, our future and our own destiny, now and for eternity
