I know that the Lord secures justice for the poor and upholds the cause of the needy.
Psalm 140:12

Fear, anger and injustice done to us makes us impulsive and broken. We are robbed of hope and search tirelessly to be redeemed. We are frustrated when justice is not served, and life is not fair. We look for someone to right the wrong and defend our cause. When there is no justice or hope, people lose their reason to continue to fight. We want somebody to understand and fight for us. We begin to feel so needy that our hearts are weak and weary.

God does not want this to happen to us. He loves the cause of justice and He loves His people even more. Part of His business is to defend His dearly beloved, which happens to be us.

God knows every instance of injustice and fully intends, in His timing, to right every wrong. We need to learn to recognize His greatness, embrace His love for us and understand His sense of timing to display that love. When we are ungrateful, we cannot grasp the depths of His love for us.
