Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Proverbs 3:3

The love and faithfulness that we receive from the Lord as a family is both God’s greatest gift and treasure. Without this, we would be wandering orphans living in tragedy, hopelessness and deep pain of emptiness.

Love and faithfulness are essential to experience what the Lord has for us in this life and in our death. We are to place the values of love and faithfulness in a place of awareness so that we can never forget this remarkable promise and guarantee.

When we really love someone, we write their names on our heart to treasure and cherish. The Lord has already written our names on the palm of His hand because we are loved and cherished by Him. When we write something on the tablet of our heart, we do not forget it. This serves as a reminder to us to remember it again and again. It is concrete and true evidence that could be quickly retrieved when we are fearful in a troubled situation. God’s love and faithfulness is our badge of courage and shield against the attacks and wiles of our enemy.
