So, do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Isaiah 41:10

When we battle with fear and discouragement, we need to pick our champion to help defend us. He is none other than the Lord Jesus Christ Himself who upholds us with His righteous right hand. In choosing Him, we have chosen the greatest enemy of fear itself. As we settle under His mighty right hand, we can watch as He demolishes our enemy of fear.

It is in Jesus that we find strength time after time to do battle against the fear that immobilizes and paralyzes us. We are afraid because we rely on our own strength and resources to solve our problems. Now we have chosen a champion in Jesus who has unlimited resources. So, choose Jesus to start your own personal war against fear and discouragement.
