You are my witness, declares the Lord, “and My servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe Me and understand that I am He. Isaiah 43:10a

God didn’t create us just to occupy space. He could have made a rock, tree or cliff for that purpose. We were made to be a living and breathing witness of the goodness, might and the love of the living God, Creator of the universe. We were created to witness to other people about how they can know God and have a relationship with Him. If we do not really know someone, we cannot understand their ways or their motives and intentions.

God formed us, knows us and He chose us to live and work in this certain time and space. Since we must live in the present, that time is now. God meant our life to be lived in such a way so that others might know and believe that He is living in us.

God wants the world to understand that Jesus is the Savior who delivers us, heals us, saves us and protects us from darkness and evil. In a world of bad news, God sent us to be witnesses of the good news, which is salvation for all people who accept Jesus as their Savior.
