They will fight against you but never overcome you, since I am with you to rescue you,” declares the LORD. Jeremiah 1:19

We are in a war for our souls, whether we like it or not. Enemies have been gathered against us to overwhelm and subdue us on our journey towards finding God. Who are your enemies? It might be very wise to pray for wisdom to identify these enemies and learn to fight them. It is very difficult to fight an enemy that we have not identified.

In the end, the Lord is the complete victor over the battle for our souls. Only He can help us to be faithful servants to the end. The Lord will rescue us by keeping us strong and giving us strategies to outwit the cunning enemy. It is the Lord’s plan to rescue us completely, mind, body and soul; then He will place us safely and securely forever in His heavenly family.
