What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul? Matthew 16:26

When we pursue a lifestyle of anger, bitterness and unforgiveness, we follow the world’s advice. When we follow this path, we place ourselves in danger of losing our soul. What is more important than where we will spend eternity? How often have we thought about the value and destination of our soul? These are important considerations for us to ponder.

There is a price to be paid for everything that we do. This is especially true of sin, which causes death to the soul. Our everlasting destiny has a price tag almost beyond our comprehension because Jesus gave His life to pay the ransom for our soul. Jesus calls us to ask for forgiveness and surrender our lives to Him so that our destination would be heaven.
