The Lord Jesus Christ will keep you strong to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 1:8

Most of us are disgusted with ourselves when we don’t finish something well. This is a combination of human weakness, distractions and self-centeredness. We must be careful to get up and try again after our mistakes. The only time we really fail is when we do not try again to succeed. We tend to blame ourselves and be overcome by guilt and shame.

We need the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ to overcome our negative tendencies to hurt ourselves and others and live a life that is blameless and holy. Only our intimacy with Jesus and His Word can keep us faithful to the end. God is faithful to do this for us and in us when we keep seeking His face.

Jesus desires that His beloved ones overcome the wiles of Satan and sin by trusting in Him with their whole heart, mind soul and spirit each day. Jesus is our champion that makes us holy and blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
